Your mission
As a Senior Accounting & Controlling Manager (m/f/d) in our Quantum Computing start-up, you will act as a competent all-rounder and be the contact person for all topics relating to finance, accounting, financial reporting and controlling.
- You will actively drive the expansion of the finance department, implement new processes and improve existing ones
- You manage our finance and budget software Finway, implement approval processes and monitor incoming and outgoing payments
- Internal accounting and controlling
- You are responsible for preparing annual budgets, reports, calculations and statistics for internal and external stakeholders
- You advise the management on cash flow management and liquidity forecasting
- You prepare comprehensive reports, analyses and decision-making aids as part of internal controlling
- External accounting
- You take care of the entire financial accounting, in close cooperation with the external tax consultant
- You support the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) as well as the preparation of annual tax returns and reports
